Greg Rau is a veteran software executive with over two decades of experience building and scaling early-stage and venture-backed SaaS companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, he leads cross-functional operations spanning finance, customer success, legal, and enterprise quality.
Prior to Kivo, Greg served as COO of Rigado, a SaaS and hardware platform for industrial IoT, where he oversaw customer operations and strategic accounts. His operational oversight and GTM expertise were instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
Earlier in his career, Greg held leadership roles as CEO or COO in multiple high-growth ventures, including Rivetry (acquired by Rigado), Chirpify, and Upstart Labs. He has personally raised more than $100 million in capital across seed to Series B stages and contributed to multiple successful exits totaling over $200 million. Across these ventures, he has driven growth through a combination of strategic fundraising, customer-centric product operations, and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
Today, he brings this same entrepreneurial drive and operational rigor to the rapidly evolving world of regulatory and clinical technology—helping life sciences organizations modernize how they work while staying grounded in compliance and quality.
