Angella Hamilton is a dedicated advocate for quality and customer excellence in the life sciences industry, with deep expertise in supporting regulated organizations through the implementation and adoption of digital solutions. As Director of Customer Success at Kivo, Angella partners closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success with Kivo’s unified regulatory platform. Her thoughtful approach to implementation, paired with her deep product knowledge and empathy for end users, helps life sciences organizations achieve both compliance and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Kivo, Angella served as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Qualio, where she supported quality-driven teams during the evaluation and adoption of eQMS software. Angella developed tools, training, and automation strategies that empowered cross-functional teams to confidently adopt new systems—always with a focus on outcomes that support inspection readiness, continuous improvement, and patient safety.
Angella holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business and a Professional Project Management Certificate from PMI. Her academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience working with life sciences organizations, gives her a unique ability to bridge technology and quality—translating complex systems into meaningful improvements for teams on the ground.
